Service Description

Our Heart & Soul Girl Gang gets together every Sunday to focus on one of the three primary lifts... (Squat, Bench, Deadlift.) I program them out for 6-8 weeks, and once the program runs its course we work our way to the next program for a different primary lift. Its a great, supportive environment, with even better people that support and elevate each other all while focusing on their own specific goals!
