Primal 7i is here to bridge the gap between your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health through breaking through our self perceived limitations. The Primal 7 movements are: 1) HIP HINGE 2) SQUAT 3) LUNGE 4) ROTATE 5) PUSH 6) PULL 7) GAIT Each are instrumental in our day to day lives, we are bending, twisting, hinging, picking up, putting down, and squatting ALL DAY! With primal 7 we are going to bullet proof your body through refining, and reinforcing these movements. * Create a healthy sustainable lifestyle while cultivating physical, mental, and emotional health and strength through lifting. * Be apart and have the support of our empowering, supportive team and environment while conquering common struggles when making changes to our lifestyle. * Overcome gym anxiety, developing and understanding the process of progress, setting micro/macro goals to develop self confidence, positive eating habits. It is so important to understand that the process of growth, and progress isn't an easy one and you will encounter challenges throughout your journey as you earn your progress along the way. It is important to know that I hold space for difficult conversations that challenge mindset change in order to further discover, and develop your personal true north in order to cultivate your mentality!! Get rid of self doubt, and limiting thought patterns that will keep you stuck. You may hit a certain point in your journey, and continue to revert back.. It’s time to let go of past experiences, and take back your sense of self.. with Primal 7 you will cultivate a strong self awareness through developing a rock solid grit!
